Special rules for digital products (PDF)

I offer digital products (PDF) in my online store. The following special rules apply to these digital products, which take precedence over other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions.

Operating conditions

By paying the purchase price for digital products, TANATIcrochet / Tatiana Kucherovska grants the buyer a non-transferable right to use the digital content for private and internal school use. Customers may copy and store digital content for personal use only in accordance with the terms of use. The Client represents and agrees that he will use the digital products only for personal purposes and not for the distribution of digital content or for any other purpose. The customer agrees not to infringe copyright in the use of digital products and their content and to comply with all applicable laws. Customer further agrees not to redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, loan, modify, adapt, edit, license or otherwise transfer the content of the Digital Products or in any other way to use it unless expressly permitted to do so by TANATIcrochet / Tatiana Kucherovska.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for orders for products that are not suitable for return due to their nature (e.g. downloads after the start of the download process). However, an order for digital products can be revoked up to the start of the download process for digital products. Apart from that, a revocation is also excluded in the legal exceptional cases according to § 312g BGB.

Download & backup copies

When ordering digital products, TANATIcrochet / Tatiana Kucherovska asks the customer to download the products immediately and to make a backup copy. The download is unlimited in time and can be used several times. We reserve the right to change, update, modify, or delete the Digital Products and their content at any time without notice. No claim against TANATIcrochet / Tatiana Kucherovska can be derived from this context. The customer bears the risk of loss after purchase and loss of the digital content, including loss due to a computer or hard drive failure. We do not accept any compensation for damages incurred by the user from the transmission, storage, and use of digital content of any kind.

Methods for receiving goods after payment:

For digital files - the file will be sent to the buyer after payment within 24 hours to the specified email address. For finished goods - after payment, the finished goods will be sent within a working week (if this is not an individual order). If this is an individual order, the time of dispatch is negotiated with the buyer.
